Recently, I made an online purchase of a Tissot Seastar 1000 from Boulevard Diamonds. By the time I had received it I felt like I had visited the store.
When I first made the purchase there was a bit of a mix up with the tracking app. I texted the store on their website and immediately, not only did I received a text, but also a personal call from Rina assuring me that the watch was shipping from Edmonton to Windsor Ontario and not from the United States (as the app was saying). It was so kind of her to put my mind to rest as the site specifies that they don't ship Tissot state side / or ship from there.
When I received my watch, I unwrapped it to find it in a Boulevard Diamonds bag (like I would have visited the store) and that it had been set to the proper time and date. Just like I would have experienced had I purchased in person.
