Return Policy
Online items purchased except for body jewellery can be returned for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt of order.
Prior to shipping the merchandise to us. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. Under no circumstance will a return or exchange be accepted if the merchandise is in less than re-sellable condition. Merchandise must be unworn, in the original packaging.
Custom orders and special orders are final sales and not refundable.
We reserve the right to have all major stones inspected before a refund is authorized.
Please contact Boulevard Diamonds if the merchandise received has been damaged or is not in appropriate condition. Exceptions to return policy will be made on a case by case basis.
